COACHELLA VALLEY SOCCER NETWORK – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to the Coachella Valley Soccer Network (CVSN). By accessing our website (cvsoccernetwork.com), utilizing our local player/club databases, registering a team, or booking services (including but not limited to Community Pick-Up Games, "The Foundation" starter sessions, and intermediate technical training), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

 

1. Services Provided

CVSN acts as a digital clubhouse, media network, and event coordinator for the soccer community in the Coachella Valley. We provide athlete spotlights, directory listings, field resource guides, and structured training and pick-up events. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service or event at our sole discretion without prior notice.

 

2. Booking, Payments, and Cancellations

  • Fees: All fees for structured training packages (e.g., $35 Starter, $55 Intermediate) and community pick-up entry fees must be paid through our secured online checkout.

  • Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled session or pick-up game may be eligible for a credit or refund. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

  • Inclement Weather/Field Closures: If a local city park closes fields due to weather or maintenance, CVSN will notify participants via email/text and issue a makeup session or booking credit.

 

3. User Conduct and Media Release

  • On-Field Behavior: CVSN promotes a safe, inclusive, and competitive environment. Extreme unsporting behavior, violence, or discrimination at any CVSN event will result in immediate permanent banning from the network without a refund.

  • Media Consent: By participating in CVSN events, pick-up games, or features, you grant CVSN the absolute right to use your name, image, likeness, and video footage taken during events for website content, the "Local Spotlight" series, and Instagram/social media marketing. If you do not consent, you must notify CVSN in writing via cvsoccernet@gmail.com prior to the event.

 

4. Trainer/Member Directory Disclaimer

CVSN hosts a directory of independent private trainers, clubs, and leagues. While we issue "Trainers Badges" based on basic verification, CVSN does not employ these independent coaches. CVSN is not legally responsible for any transactions, disputes, or interactions that occur between users and third-party trainers listed on our platform.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, CVSN, its founder, staff, and volunteers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or participation in any digital platform features.
