The Coachella Valley Soccer Network is growing, and we need your help to build the ultimate home for local soccer. Our mission is to connect every player, coach, and fan from Palm Springs to Coachella—but we can’t do it alone.

 

We are looking for passionate, reliable volunteers who want to help grow the "beautiful game" right here in the desert. If you love soccer and want to be a leader in your community, check out our open positions below and join the movement.

 

📍 City / Network Ambassadors

Be the voice of CVSN in your city! We are looking for ambassadors to represent specific areas (Indio, La Quinta, Palm Desert, Cathedral City, etc.).

• The Role: Spread the word about CVSN at local parks, high school games, and Sunday leagues.

• Responsibilities: Hand out flyers, help new players create their free accounts, and report back to the admin team with local soccer news, tournament updates, or rumors from your city’s leagues.

• Who it’s for: Extroverts, die-hard local soccer fans, and community leaders who are always at the field.

 

🔄 Back-Up Players ("The Call-Ups")

Never let a game get canceled because a team is short. We are building an elite list of reliable, on-call players.

• The Role: Step in to play when local leagues, pickup groups, or 7v7 teams need a last-minute sub.

• Responsibilities: Be ready to lace up! Keep your CVSN profile updated with your availability, preferred positions, and contact info so captains can reach you fast.

• Who it’s for: High-energy players who just want more minutes on the pitch, regardless of the team.

Pickup soccer only works when someone is willing to lead. We need captains to take charge of our official CVSN community games.

• The Role: Organize and manage official CVSN pickup games and local events at your designated park.

• Responsibilities: Bring the balls and pinnies, set up the field, divide the teams evenly, and ensure a positive, competitive, and safe environment for everyone.

• Who it’s for: Natural leaders, former team captains, and organizers who know how to keep a game flowing and defuse arguments on the pitch.

 

📋 Verified CVSN Coaches

Help develop the next generation of desert talent. We want to feature the best trainers the Valley has to offer.

• The Role: Partner with CVSN to run featured training sessions, clinics, and 1-on-1 development camps.

• Responsibilities: Maintain a professional standard of coaching, keep your booking availability updated on the CVSN network, and provide high-quality tactical and technical training.

• Whom it’s for: Experienced trainers, former pros/college players, or licensed coaches looking to expand their client base and give back to the community.

 

📸 CVSN Local Reporter (Content & Coverage)
Be the eyes and ears of the Valley's soccer scene. We need sideline reporters to document the games and showcase local talent.

• The Role: Attend local matches (High School, CSL, Adult Rec, Semi-Pro) to record highlights, take photos, and get post-game interviews.

• Responsibilities: Submit weekly match recaps, highlight clips, or player/coach quotes to the CVSN admin team for the website and social media feeds.

• Whom it’s for: Aspiring sports journalists, photographers, videographers, or anyone who loves being on the sidelines analyzing the game.
